Preparing your order
Order preparation and delivery are separate stages. Keep your order number handy to check progress. For a delivery estimate or a time-sensitive purchase, ask customer care before placing your order.
Tracking your delivery
Visit Order Tracking with the mobile number used at checkout. Signed-in customers can also view purchases in their account. If tracking needs clarification, our team can help.
Address changes
Check your delivery address, postcode and phone number before submitting an order. If something is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order is being prepared or has been dispatched.
Delayed or missed deliveries
If your order is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or a delivery attempt was unsuccessful, contact customer care with your order number and the latest tracking information.
When your order arrives
Check that the parcel and items match your order. If something is damaged, missing or incorrect, keep the packaging and take clear photos to share with customer care.
